Shipping & Returns

We Send our products Worldwide

We strive to keep all of the items featured on our website in stock. If all of the products in your shopping basket are marked as "Available for immediate despatch" then you should receive your order within 5 and 15 working days

All the prices expressed are for the EMS (Express Mail Service) which will deliver the products within maximum 15 days

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page.

We currently use EMS (Express Mail Service) for our Customers.

Gerovital Pharmacy Return Policy

GEROVITAL-PHARMACY.COM is committed to customer service and satisfaction. We would like your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one. Please read our return policy below carefully. While your satisfaction is important to us, we will strictly enforce our published return policies.

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

Please note. For your protection Gerovital Pharmacy recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If you require an exchange our returns center will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip with you return code.

Defective Items:

If the item is defective please contact Customer Services on Contact page

Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Gerovital Pharmacy will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.

All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
